Elaine supports organizations and individuals in achieving greater effectiveness.

After earning her Bachelor’s Degree from UCLA in Japanese Language & Culture, with an Emphasis in Business & Administration, Elaine worked in international business development with a major multinational company for ten years.

Elaine gave birth to the first of her three children in 1995, and discovered a passion for women’s healthcare. After earning certification as a childbirth educator, Elaine taught prenatal education for ten years before founding Harmony Solutions in 2009 with her husband and business partner, Greg Stuart, offering strategic planning, leadership development, and executive coaching.

Elaine helps her clients achieve higher levels of customer retention and referral for their businesses and organizations through her popular Customer Loyalty workshops and seminars. Elaine supports participants in organizing their time more efficiently in her Time Strategies courses. She guides clients to uncover their blind spots, set goals and produce actions that lead to greater fulfillment in every area of their personal and professional lives through Executive Coaching and Leadership Coaching processes.

Elaine is the recipient of numerous honors and awards. Most recently, Elaine was chosen as the Emerging Woman Business Owner of the Year by the Ventura County Chapter of NAWBO, the National Association of Women Business Owners.
