We facilitate Peer Advisory Groups for Executives because the perspectives & friendships shared in these groups wouldn't otherwise be developed. The impact on organizational health is huge because members support each other NOW, when it is needed, with business advice or a supportive word.

We believe so strongly in this concept that we are even facilitating a PAGE to advise us and to grow the LEAPS concept.  We respect confidentiality & member listings are only with their permission.
